Terms & Conditions

As a user of this Website, you acknowledge that your use of this Website for any reason is subject to our terms and conditions mentioned below.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be deemed to have taken effect when posted on this website.

 

1. Account and Registered User

1.1 In order to access certain functions (such as purchasing Products), you must register and create an account secured by a password (the “Account”). Your Account is exclusively personal to you and is non-transferable to any third party.

1.2 To be a Registered User, you must be 21 years of age and must provide true and accurate information (including your name, date of birth, e-mail address … etc.) as requested during the Account creation process.

1.3 You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your Account. In case you have concerns regarding your Account or are aware of misuse, then please inform us immediately (see Contact Us for more information and contact details).

 

2. Order process

2.1 You agree to pay the full amount as indicated during the order process, including shipping costs or other charges that may be applicable.

2.2 Once an order is “confirmed”, we will send to you an order acknowledgment e-mail, detailing the Products you have ordered.

2.3 After our acceptance of your order, we will dispatch the ordered products if you have made full payment through your Card (or upon receiving payment at the time of product delivery).

2.4 You can check your “Account” for details of your previous orders.

 

3. Payment

3.1 We accept payment from your credit or debit card once we receive your purchase order and after we have checked your card details. We also accept cash on delivery of the Products (please refer to Section 4).

3.2 In case we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you at the earliest possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products.

3.3 To ensure that your Card is used with your consent, whether you select K-net or Visa/MasterCard as your payment method, we will direct you to the related payment gateway where you will be asked to enter your card details (e.g. card number, expiration date, & pin code).

3.4 Verification of the Customer and Customer’s Card Information responsibility (to authorize the transaction deducting payments) lies with the respective payment gateway and /or the card issuer bank. We are not liable for any losses or damages occurring out of fraudulent transactions happening due to attacks or breaches on any payment gateway, attacks or breaches on issuer banks, or due to Customer’s Card details, PIN verification details, password verification details, or any other details authorizing purchase on the payment gateway being acquired by persons of malicious intent or persons who may not be the rightful owners of the card.

3.5 All prices include taxes (if applicable) but exclude delivery charges (unless otherwise mentioned.

3.6 We try our best efforts to ensure that product prices displayed on TRENDS TWENTY.com are accurately listed; however, it is possible that errors may occur. If we discover such an error in the price of the Products you have ordered and paid for, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will automatically treat the order as canceled and refund you in case you have already paid. If you wish to cancel an order for which you have already paid, we shall fully refund you. 

4. Payment on Delivery

We accept Cash or Card payment at the time of products delivery subject to the below conditions:

4.1 Our representative will also carry a mobile payment terminal to effect payment by Card (K-Net or Visa/Mastercard).

4.2 We do not accept payments by cheque, gift vouchers, or discount coupons in place of cash or Card.

4.3 If we were unable to reach the customer for 48 hours following the scheduled delivery date, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

5. Discount Coupons

Occasionally, we may issue promotional codes, discount coupons (and other marketing incentives) to our Registered Users, which can be redeemed by the Registered Users, subject to the following;

5.1 Discount Coupons are valid up to the mentioned expiry date.

5.2 Discount Coupons must be used prior to checkout.

5.3 Discount Coupon cannot be partially used, nor can be used twice.

5.4 Discount Coupons cannot be used in case of cash-on-delivery as a mode of payment.

5.5 Users can use only one Discount Coupon per order transaction.

6. Warranty Terms & Conditions

All Products are covered with a one ( 2 years  ) year warranty for manufacturing defects. The Warranty does not cover repairs caused by misuse, breakage, mishandling, cleaned using improper chemical material.

 

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

7.1 Your use of the Website and the contract between you and TRENDS TWENTY shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

7.2 Any links to other Internet sites contained on TRENDS TWENTY.com are provided as means of convenience to the User, and we are not responsible for the content or operation of such linked Internet sites. The use of such linked Internet sites is done at your own risk and cost.

7.3 We reserve the right to transfer, assign or sub-contract the benefit of part or the whole of any rights or obligations to any third party.

7.4 No delay or failure to exercise any powers, rights, or remedies by ourselves under these Terms will operate or be considered as a waiver of them.

7.5 You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing.

 

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1 We do not guarantee nor warrant that the website or any of the services available through it will be error-free, and it is possible that there may be a delay, inaccuracies, or omissions in materials or services available through the website.

8.2 We take all reasonable measures to prevent the introduction of viruses and such malicious code to TRENDS TWENTY.com, yet, we do not warrant that the website (and the service made available through it) is free from such malicious features. We are not liable for any damages or harm caused or arises directly or indirectly from such features.

8.3 In no event we shall be liable to you (or to any third party) for any direct or indirect, consequential loss, or damages (such as loss of profits or programs or data).

8.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and its password and for restricting access to your computer. We are not liable for losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

8.5 We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend/terminate accounts, cancel orders, and remove content at our sole discretion.

8.6 We shall be under no liability for delays or failure to deliver Products or otherwise perform any obligation due to events of Force Majeure and/or events beyond our control (noting that Force Majeure shall mean, and not limited to, events of the war, civil war, and commotion, rebellion, riots, flood, earthquake, cyclones, or any other natural disaster or acts of God).

 

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 You acknowledge and agree that all trademarks, copyright, and all other intellectual property rights (in materials and/or content) made available for your use of TRENDS TWENTY.com shall remain at all times owned by us.

All trade names, service names, product names, or logotypes are trademarks owned by us and protected by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

You acknowledge and agree that the material in TRENDS TWENTY.com is made available for your personal and non-commercial use.

9.2 As Registered Users, you may wish to post reviews, questions, or suggestions. You agree not to post any content that breaches common decency, contrary to prevailing laws and public morality, or is inflammatory.

 

9.3 We have the right and option (yet, not obliged) to monitor or remove any User Content and take no responsibility for any User Content posted by you or any third party.
