1. ACCOUNT INQUIRIES

1.1 Do I need to register?

You need to be registered to be able to buy, and it helps you and TRENDS TWENTY by:

- Contacting you whenever needed.

- Ensuring a safe shopping experience.

- Get updates on the latest products, promotions, and special offers.

- Make item recommendations and suggestions.

1.2 How to create an account?

Simply click on the signup link and follow the onscreen instructions.

1.3 What if I forgot my Password?

You just need to click on the “Forgot password” link and follow the directions.

1.4 Do I need to have an account to place a purchase order?

Once you have created an account and logged on, you can make your purchase order. However, you may select to make a purchase without creating an account if you click on the “Guest” icon.

1.5 Will my account expire if I do not use it for a while?

No, your account will remain valid.

1.6 Can I create multiple accounts?

Yes, as long as each account has a unique e-mail address for registration.

2. ORDER INQUIRIES

2.1 How do I place an order?

Once you come across any item you would like to purchase, just click on “add to cart,” and your item will be added to your shopping cart. All items you’ve selected will be saved in your xcite.com shopping cart, which can be viewed at any time by clicking on the shopping cart link at the top of the page.

2.2 Where to get full details about a product I want to buy?

Complete product details are available on the TRENDS TWENTY.com website. However, our customer support is always available for assistance through TRENDS TWENTY.com call center at xxxxxx between 8 am to 10 pm (Kuwait time zone).

2.3 What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

Currently, we offer various safe and secure payment methods:

- KNET

- Visa

- MasterCard

2.4 Can I pay cash-on-delivery for my order?

Yes, cash-on-delivery service is acceptable.

2.5 How can I return or exchange purchased items?

You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of purchase by calling customer care at xxxxxxxx. For more information, please refer to Shipping and Return.

 

3. DELIVERY INQUIRIES

3.1 When will I receive the purchase order?

We will deliver your items within 3 to 5 days from the date of order payment confirmation.

3.2 How much I have to pay for the delivery service?

No charges for delivery in Kuwait for invoices exceeding KD xxxxxx (or its equivalence in other currencies), and for invoices less than KD xxxx, the delivery fees vary from KD 2 to XX (or its equivalence in other currencies).

For international delivery services, the fees will be mentioned in the invoice at the time of the purchase check-out.

3.3 Can I cancel the sale invoice?

Yes, provided that the order is still in the process of delivery (and not shipped out yet).

3.4 What happens in case I ordered multiple items but received only part of the items?

Send us a note via the Contact Us page or call our customer service, and we will resolve the issue.

4.1 Are the jewelry and accessory under warranty?

We offer a warranty against manufacturing defect
